SweatBox

SweatBox is a male-only gym and gay sauna in the heart of London’s Soho, occupying three floors and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Located close to Oxford Circus and the city’s LGBTQ+ nightlife, it combines fitness facilities, spa amenities and private spaces in one dedicated venue.

The venue offers a range of relaxation and wellness facilities, including saunas, steam rooms, a jacuzzi, a gym and private cabins. Guests can use the gym for workouts or unwind in the spa areas, while the private cabins provide an option for those looking for their own space. Lockers and towels are available, and the venue operates a regular cleaning schedule for its wet areas.

SweatBox also offers professional massage services, with appointments available in different durations. Its lounge area provides a place to relax between facilities, and drinks can be purchased on-site. The venue accepts card payments only, and entry is available without advance booking for single visits. Private cabin hire is available at an additional cost.

With round-the-clock opening, multiple floors and a location just minutes from Oxford Circus Underground Station, SweatBox is an established destination for men looking to combine gym access, sauna facilities and relaxation in central London. The venue welcomes guests aged 18 and over, with valid photo ID required where age verification is needed.
