Saturday is the big one. Thursday is the one the regulars quietly prefer.
Open from the afternoon and running late, Thursdays at She World are a different animal altogether: quieter, slower, more sociable. There's time to get ready properly, time to actually talk to people, and time for things to develop at their own pace rather than all at once.
It's also the night that suits coming and going. Plenty of regulars drop in during the afternoon, head off for the evening, and come back later. Nobody minds.
THE SPACES
A superb changing room with plenty of mirrors and genuinely flattering lighting — recently given a lot of attention, and the regulars have noticed. Lockers. A garden and outdoor space that comes into its own in warm weather. Upstairs there's the cinema room, a darkroom, and private cabins and cubicles for when you'd rather close a door. And a proper bar, with prices people actually comment on for being reasonable.
THE CROWD
Mixed, friendly and familiar. TGirls, guys, couples and a core of regulars who look out for each other. Birthdays get marked with cake and a sing-song. It's the kind of room where someone will talk to you.

Thursday is the better night to start. Visitors regularly describe She World as the best T-girl venue in the south east, and much of that comes down to Sabrina, Katie and the team, who are known for how they look after people. Whether you're a new girl, a guy finding your feet, or a couple curious about trying something different, this is a safe space to let the real you out.
