The Polo Lounge
Queer Line Dancing at The Polo Lounge
Saturday 28th November | 19:00 – 23:00
The Polo Lounge – 84 Wilson Street, Merchant City, Glasgow, G1 1UZ
Pull on your boots and join us for an unforgettable night of queer country dancing, community, and celebration at The Polo Lounge. Hosted by Boots Line Dancing and Cowpeople, this welcoming event brings a fresh, inclusive take on western dance culture where everybody is free to move, connect, and express themselves.
Founded by native Texan Mads (they/them), Boots Line Dancing celebrates line dancing and partner country dancing while rejecting traditional heteronormative conventions. Here, dancing is about joy, confidence, and feeling good in your body, regardless of experience level, gender, sexuality, or identity.
