The event runs on a no-booking format, meaning guests can simply arrive and enjoy the day at their own pace. Please note that clothing is not permitted in the wet areas, in line with the spa facilities available at the venue.

First-time visitors must complete a membership application form and bring two forms of identification:

- One proof of address
