Grounded in the values of discretion, social connection, and shared understanding, the evening is open to anyone who may benefit from a calm, welcoming environment. You’re invited to drop in, sit quietly, listen, or chat—whatever feels right for you in the moment.
There is no agenda and no obligation. This is simply a safe space to be yourself, supported by others who understand the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing.
