Forgot Password:

No problem. Go to groupfun.com. Click on “LOG IN“, in the upper right of the screen. When the login screen appears, the “forgot password” link on the bottom left. Enter your email address, and we’ll email you instructions on resetting your password.

How Do I Update My Profile?

Click the “cog” in the top right of your screen, then go to edit profile. You can make your profile updates there. DONT FORGET TO HIT, “SAVE”.

I Want to Change My Username, Password, or Email Address:

Click the “cog” in the top right of your screen,then go to “settings”. Enter your changes into the fields, then hit “SAVE”.

I Want to Update My Email Settings:

Click the “cog” in the top right of your screen,then go to “settings”. The switches on the right control your email settings. We’ve seperated the different types of notifications, so you can fine-tune your emails to your preference.

I Want to Unblock Another Member/View My Blcoked List

Click the “cog” in the top right of your screen,then go to “settings”. Click the pink “view block list” button.
