The Annex House Party<\/strong> is a favourite among regulars, offering themed party nights where you can unwind, socialise, and let your alter-ego shine. Whether you\u2019re a seasoned swinger or a curious newbie, this is the perfect space to relax, enjoy, and meet like-minded people with no pressure to play<\/strong>\u2014unless you choose to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dress up is optional, but many guests embrace the theme for a playful, immersive experience. Explore the social areas, enjoy a drink, and laugh with fellow partygoers. If chemistry sparks, there are private playrooms ready for those who want to indulge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulars are warmly welcomed, and your guidance and stories can help newcomers feel at ease. MF couples and single females may attend without booking<\/strong>, while invited males must hold a Premium Yearly Membership<\/strong> to secure one of the limited spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
